Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Your space is reserved once we receive your deposit. Full payment is required 2 months in advance of the tour start date. In case the unexpected happens and you need to cancel, if the space can be filled by another qualifying pilot you will be refunded.

- Cancellation up to 3 months before the tour: 50% deposit refund

- Cancellation up to 2 months before the tour: deposit is nonrefundable.

- Cancellation within 2 months of tour start: nonrefundable unless transferred to qualifying pilot.
